2010 Fantasy Football: Week 6 Start ‘Em, Sit ‘Em: The Running Backs

The bye weeks are upon us with the Cardinals, Bills, Panthers and Bengals off in Week 6.
We’re not going to state the obvious here; rather, the focus is on the mid-tier options as well as players who are normally starters but might be worth a sit in a given week.
Start ‘Em
Michael Bush, Raiders at 49ers
With Darren McFadden out last week, Bush had a productive game against a solid Chargers run defense, gaining 104 yards and a touchdown on the ground to go along with three receptions for 31 yards.
McFadden’s hamstring is still bothering and his playing status for this week’s game against the 49ers is in doubt; however, Raiders head coach Tom Cable has stated that if McFadden does go, he will suit up as a backup behind Bush.
San Francisco’s run defense has been a bit of a disappointment in 2010, ranking 18th in the league after finishing sixth in 2009.
