2011 NFL Draft: Cameron Heyward Has “Everything to Prove” in This Draft

Cameron Heyward, one of the top defensive lineman in this draft, is one of 14 incoming NFL rookies featured in “Everything to Prove," the new Web series with combined efforts by NFL Films and Gatorade.
I got a chance to ask Cameron about being a part of the program, how it's helped him, and what he'll take away from this experience.
"I think it's great to see how to take care of our bodies. I've heard from guys in the NFL that it's critical to take care of your body. It's about what to put in [your body], not just on it."
Being able to stay healthy in the NFL goes further than just avoiding unnecessary contact on the field. It's about stretching, staying loose in the offseason, continuing to perform at a high level and staying focused and being in top physical shape.
Working out in the gym is the main part that all of these athletes have used to be successful thus far in their college career. But if they hope to not only make it to the NFL but stay in the NFL ...
