2011 NFL Mock Draft: The Champion Packers Choose Sherrod

The Packers don't really have needs. They are the Super Bowl Champions and they lost six starters to season-ending injuries who will now return and make them likely even stronger.

This is what you call a luxury pick. Derek Sherrod isn't a glamorous name, but when your franchise depends on Aaron Rodgers' golden arm you can never have enough guys to protect him. Sherrod's best quality might be his versatility which is a good thing because Green Bay could use him at guard or tackle.

Ah, finally done. Now, let the real debate start; which will have taken longer: researching and writing this mock draft or watching it on television?
