2013 NFL Mock Draft: QBs Who Will Define Next Year’s Class

The 2013 NFL draft is going to be loaded with QB talent. And like most drafts, the success or failures of those QBs will define that draft. 
In my full first-round mock below, I have four QBs pegged to go in the first round, and those picks will be given extra attention. 
The focus here was not on identifying the draft order. That is worthy of its own expedition. So try not to get hung up on the draft order. Nailing the draft order was not the point here.

1. Cleveland Browns: Matt Barkley, QB, USC
Matt Barkley is doing his best Andrew Luck impression. He returned to school for his senior year despite the promise of millions awaiting him in the upcoming draft. 
He is the clear-cut favorite to be the No. 1 overall selection. At 6'2" Barkley lacks ideal height, but he has all the other tools.
