Russell Wilson hosted the Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Awards on Thursday, using the show as a platform to showcase his prodigious dancing repertoire.
At one point in the program, he brought new girlfriend Ciara onto the stage to dance to Silento's "Watch Me."
SBNation's Hayley Byrnes posted a Vine of the moment. Wilson hit the whip...then he Nae Nae'd...and we all have to live with that.
The Associated Press—doing the Lord's work, as always—captured stills of Wilson's whip dance and Nae Nae. 
While Wilson held his own at Nickelodeon, that whip wouldn't make it past the door at Torrey Smith's house.
Got to commit to the wrist action, Russ.
