Andrew Luck Comments on Play in 2015 Season

Last season was the first time in his young career that Indianapolis Colts quarterback Andrew Luck experienced a difficult year. The 26-year-old appeared in just seven games because of injuries, but his time on the field didn't go as planned.  
Luck told ESPN (via Michael David Smith of Pro Football Talk) that he wasn't satisfied with his play last season: "Injuries aside, I was not playing very good football—before they [the injuries] happened. I’ve got to be better. Toward my last couple games I felt like I was playing much better, trending in the right direction."
Luck was battling the injury bug from the start of the 2015 season. He missed Weeks 4 and 5 because of a shoulder issue, though he managed to come back in Week 6 and started four straight games before he suffered a season-ending lacerated kidney against the Denver Broncos in Week 9.
