Arizona Cardinals: Kevin Kolb Weighs In, Hopes to Play With Fitzgerald, Arizona

After being named as a favorite target by Cardinals star receiver Larry Fitzgerald, Eagles, backup quarterback Kevin Kolb has weighed in on the subject of where he may be starting in 2011.
"If he's not the best than he's one of the best WRs in the NFL—a superstar," Kolb said of Fitzgerald. "For a guy like that to say something about me it means a lot. Awful flattering and if something happens I hope [the Arizona Cardinals'] name comes up."
Kolb has been clear that he feels like he deserves to start at the NFL level. If that means leaving Philadelphia, so be it.
Although he has refused to demand a trade outright, he has made his feelings well-known.
“I love it [in Philadelphia], as everybody knows,” Kolb said after the Eagles’ 21-16 playoff loss to the Packers. “My family’s settled in here. I would love to be starting here. But I want to be starting somewhere."
