Cincinnati Bengals: It Might Be Best to Trade Carson Palmer and Promote Jordan

Throughout one of the most annoying offseasons in the NFL, it's the fans of the Cincinnati Bengals that must be annoyed the most.
If it's not enough to see the entire league go through a lockout that might not be resolved by 9/11, they have to see their beloved quarterback threaten to play the retirement card after being denied a trade by Bengals owner Mike Brown.
Still, this debacle could be a blessing in disguise for the Cincinnati faithful.
Earlier in the week, Carson Palmer's brother and backup Jordan Palmer called the troops to go through a little football workout at Jordan's old high school field in Mission Viejo.
Wide receivers Terrell Owens and Chad Ochocinco were not present during the team workouts and in all likelihood weren't even invited.
There's a good chance that both Owens and Ochocinco wont be members of the Cincinnati Bengals going forward, and giving into Carson's trade demands and unloading his large contract would signal change.
