Week 16 wasn't a good time to count on any member of the Washington Redskins' passing game to put your fantasy football team over the top in the playoffs.
Both DeSean Jackson and Pierre Garcon failed to find the end zone, hindering what could have been strong performances in a 27-24 win over the Philadelphia Eagles on Saturday.
This is championship week in the vast majority of fantasy leagues, so most owners won't care what kind of value Garcon and Jackson offer in Week 17.
For those with something to play for beyond this weekend, it's important to turn over every rock in order to find any potential edge on your opponent.
Washington plays the Dallas Cowboys, which is a more favorable matchup for the Redskins' passing game. According to Football Outsiders, the Cowboys rank 22nd in pass defense DVOA (defense-adjusted value over average).
