Green Bay Packer Loss in Atlanta Is a Testament To a Starved Run Game

Before I begin, let me just say that I can't wait for a rematch. I don't care if it has to be in the Dome again, I just want Atlanta to lose.
Tight End Jermichael Finley came into the season looking like he was going to place himself among the league's best tight ends.
Nick Barnett was fully covered from his knee injury in 2008, and was having big comeback year. He is considered one of the more underrated linebackers in the NFL.
Neither of these two injuries worried me nearly as much Ryan Grant's injury did.
Jermichael Finley is an explosive play-maker and a difference-maker. Still, I could never convince myself that he was a necessity.
Nick Barnett left an already thin linebacker corps, but at least they had enough players that keep up the 3-4 system and even a half-decent rookie in Frank Zombo.
Ryan Grant, like I said, was simply irreplaceable.
I knew Ted Thompson wouldn't make a move to make sure the running game wouldn't suffer, and I knew Jackson...
