Have the Atlanta Falcons Established Themselves as the NFL’s Best Team?

The Atlanta Falcons have the best record in the NFL, yet after their 23-13 win over the rival New Orleans Saints on Thursday night, many are wondering if they truly are the league's best team. 
CBS Sports' senior NFL blogger Will Brinson made quite the definitive statement turned question based on what he saw from the Falcons' prime-time victory:
