Is Kevin Kolb Headed From the Philadelphia Eagles to the Buffalo Bills?

Though there cannot be any trades until a new CBA is reached, there has still been many rumors and speculation regarding player movement.
One of the most talked about trade topics involves Eagles backup quarterback Kevin Kolb.
According to Pro Football Talk, there has been "whispers that the Eagles are looking to move up in the draft with the Bills being a possible trade partner."
The trade would involve the Bills trading the No. 3 overall pick to the Eagles for quarterback Kevin Kolb, their first round pick (No. 23) and their second round pick.
At No. 3 overall, the Eagles would presumably take the best defensive player in the draft, star cornerback Patrick Peterson.
The Eagles would not have to pursue free agent Nnamdi Asomugha, who is looking to be the highest paid corner in the league.
Kolb has already expressed his interest to start, and if it was not with the Eagles, then with another team.
The Eagles seem ready to move Kolb once the CBA ...
