Jarrett Boykin to Panthers: Latest Contract Details, Comments and Reaction

Looking to add depth to their wide receiving corps, the Carolina Panthers have agreed to terms on a contract with Jarrett Boykin.  
According to Max Henson of the Panthers' official website, Boykin's deal is for one year, though the terms have not been disclosed. 
Boykin, who was a high school star in the Charlotte area, is quoted in the report as saying the chance to come home was too alluring to pass up.
"It means a lot being from the area and having the opportunity to come back and get a chance to play for the Panthers," Boykin said. "But at the end of the day, it still boils down to how I go about my business on the field. I have to prove myself all over again."
Just 25 years old, Boykin seemed like a player on the rise in 2013. He played his first three seasons with the Green Bay Packers, setting a career highs with 49 catches, 681 yards and three touchdowns two years ago, but he never got off the ground in 2014 and eventually lost playing time to Dav...
