During Sunday's 31-23 victory over the Washington Redskins, Arizona Cardinals wide receiver Larry Fitzgerald recorded 10 catches for 78 yards.
The outing moved him past Hall of Famers Cris Carter and Marvin Harrison into third place on the NFL's all-time receptions list, per ESPN Stats & Info.
Fitzgerald now owns 1,106 career receptions and sits four clear of Harrison (1,102). His next target on the list is Tony Gonzalez, but he remains 219 catches behind the all-time receptions leader among tight ends.
Fitzgerald's efforts on Sunday also moved him into 10th place on the career receiving yards list, per Pro-Football-Reference.com. He supplanted Andrew Johnson (14,185) during Sunday's game and now sits 99 yards short of Reggie Wayne for ninth.
Arizona has struggled on the whole this season, going just 5-6-1 through 12 contests. The Cardinals finally showed some signs of life Sunday against Washington after losing three of its previous four games.
