New Orleans Saints Get Early Easter Present, Find “Big Baby” Shaun Rogers in the “Big Easy”

It seems official Saints fans. The New Orleans Saints and the "Big Baby" (no not Glenn Davis) have agreed to a one-year deal. That's right folks, Shaun Rogers is coming to the "Big Easy". 

When he was released back on February the 9th of this year, I couldn't help but think how great a fit he would be for the black and gold, but I never thought it would actually come to be. After visiting with the Kansas City Chiefs and Washington Redskins, Rogers settled on the Saints.

No doubt that the recent success of the franchise weighed on his mind and might have been just enough to persuade him to lace up for the Gregg Williams run defense. It was a great move by New Orleans as the defense was struggling against the run, allowing an average of 4.3 yards per rush.

Rogers should be able to make his presence felt as soon as he takes the field. Weighing in at 350lbs and 6"4", Rogers will provide that big man in the middle that we have been missing for some time no...
