NFL Draft 2011 Could Be the Start of a Beautiful Thing Between the Titans and Jake Locker
Jake Lockers draft stock has been more up and down than a pogo stick competition this year. Once he was thought of a the No. 1 pick before bottoming out as a possible second rounder. Now Lockers stock is back up and he could be an attractive option for the Titans at No. 8.
Locker is a great athlete with a solid arm. He did have some trouble for the Washington Huskies this year but he did lead them to their first bowl win since the 2001 Rose Bowl.
I think he could be a nice upgrade at the quarterback position for the Titans.
According to Terry McCormick of the Titan Insider website, a large contingent of the Titans organization flew to Seattle to visit with Locker.
