NFL Picks Week 10: New York Giants and More Injury-Plagued Teams Doomed to Fail

The New York Giants are going to have their hands full with the San Francisco 49ers as it is, but the injuries they have sustained makes victory impossible to attain.
The Giants have to go on the road against the No. 1 run defense in the entire league, and they have to do it with a banged-up receiving corps and without Ahmad Bradshaw.
Here are the teams doomed to fail because of the injuries they've sustained.
 
Indianapolis Colts vs. Jacksonville Jaguars
The Colts are the worst team in the NFL. They're the only winless team remaining and though completely healthy they would struggle against the Jaguars, coming into this game at less than 100 percent makes victory unattainable for the struggling Colts.
Obviously, Peyton Manning's neck injury crippled their season before it even began, and losing sure-handed outlet Dallas Clark to a leg injury won't bode well for Curtis Painter this week as he takes on the underrated Jaguars' defense.
