NFL Power Rankings: Where Does Every Team Stand Heading into Preseason Week 4?

Well, we've gotten the best look at each NFL team we're going to get before Week 1.
Last week's "dress rehearsals" featured the most extensive playing time starters will see this preseason.
There were storylines galore. The Dallas Cowboys said hello to the Ezekiel Elliott era and bid goodbye (perhaps) to another. Quarterback controversies in Denver and San Francisco were resolved. And superstar quarterbacks in Green Bay and Pittsburgh demonstrated quite clearly that they're ready for opening day.
One last time in the preseason, Bleacher Report NFL Analysts Gary Davenport (nothing like referring to yourself in the third person), Brad Gagnon, Brent Sobleski and Sean Tomlinson gathered to offer their takes on the NFL's pecking order as we near the games that count.
Using a scoring system that assigns 32 points to a No. 1 ranking and one point to a No. 32 ranking, here's how they see the league's best (and worst) as the preseason draws to a close.
