NFL Rumors: O.J. Simpson To Remain “Bored Out Of His Mind”—But Well Massaged

A Nevada Supreme Court panel rejected O.J. Simpson’s appeal on his 2008 kidnapping and armed robbery conviction.

Simpson was alleging that the conviction was prejudicial and “race based.”

The panel dismissed Simpson’s appeal finding it “without merit.”

Simpson is of course notorious for being acquitted of the 1994 murders of his ex-wife, Nicole Brown Simpson, and her friend Ronald Goldman.

Although evidence seemed to be overwhelming against Simpson, the jury returned a “not guilty” verdict. The jury seemed to be more influenced by Simpson’s lead lawyer Johnny Cochran’s famous line, “If it doesn’t fit, you must acquit.”

Cochran used the line in his closing arguments, referring to the blood soaked gloves at the scene that seemed to be too tight for Simpson’s hands when he attempted to try them on during the trial.
