Nick Foles Reportedly to Sign with Chiefs: Latest Contract Details and Reaction

After being released by the Los Angeles Rams, quarterback Nick Foles has agreed to terms with the Kansas City Chiefs, a source told NFL Network's Mike Garafolo. NFL Network's Ian Rapoport confirmed Garafolo's earlier report.
Adam Schefter of ESPN reported Foles will be paid $1.75 million plus incentives this season. According to Schefter, the Chiefs have a team option on Foles for next season, which would pay him between $6.75 and $16 million based on his performance this year.
After three seasons with the Philadelphia Eagles, the Rams acquired Foles in a deal that sent Sam Bradford to Philly prior to the 2015 season.
Foles was instantly installed as the starter, but he struggled, going 4-7 in 11 starts with 2,052 passing yards, just seven touchdowns and 10 interceptions.
