Randy Moss Attends Cancer-Surviving Fan’s HS Graduation, Delivers Diploma

During his rookie year with the Minnesota Vikings, Randy Moss befriended a young girl named Kassi Spier who was diagnosed with leukemia in 2000.
Their bond grew stronger with time. Spier was diagnosed with a brain tumor in 2013, nine years after her father tragically died in a car accident, but the wide receiver was always present in her life regardless of which team he was playing for.
Spier graduated from Pelican Rapids High School on Friday, and Moss followed through on a promise that he’d be there to see his friend receive her diploma.
Even better, he was the one who delivered it.
