Week 16 Fantasy Football TE Rankings: If Jason Witten’s No. 1, Then Who’s No. 2?

Writing up Tight End analysis is a bit like fishing on a pond with one fish in it.  Before Witten emerged via the exit of Wade Phillips (or Tony Romo, take your pick), it was Gates and Dallas Clark that were dominating TE stacks.  Now that both of those cats are shelved for the remainder of the regular season, we are left with one sure thing. 
After spending a couple of hours on Christmas morning perusing 250+ pound offensive bruisers, I think we've got some interesting information to present. 

Merry Christmas everyone, and best of luck to those fantasy warriors playing for all the marbles this Sunday and Monday (and tonight for those of you with Cowboys and Cardinals). 
Jason Witten at Arizona - 8pm Saturday - Witten is the top TE play based on that he's outscoring the next closest TE over the last five weeks (Boss) by over five fantasy points per game. Since Wade Philips was given the boot, no player has benefited more than Witten. Why...
