The Week 4 mailbag features all the fantasy football advice you need leading up to the first kickoff on Sunday afternoon.

Thanks for tweeting us with your question, Kevin. Thanks an intriguing choice because Nate Washington should see more targets, but is going up against a tougher defense than Decker. Washington was an astute pickup, by the way.
Due to his new increased role in the offense, I would lean toward Washington.
The Cleveland Browns rank fourth against opposing wide receivers, including a very strong performance against the Indianapolis Colts, but Matt Hasselbeck will become the best quarterback to face the unit this season.
Washington will be the biggest fantasy benefactor due to the injury of Kenny Britt, who is going to miss the rest of the season with a knee injury. Although how valuable he'll become is yet to be seen, he's worth the start this week.
