Young on IR and Heimerdinger in Chemotherapy: Where Do the Titans Go from Here?

As many people already know, Tennessee Titans offensive coordinator Mike Heimerdinger has left the team to undergo chemotherapy. He will be out at least a week.
At the same time, everyone knows Vince Young will not be playing anymore this year, since he is on the IR with a torn flexor tendon.
With the loss of these two, and a power-hungry head coach intent on keeping players he doesn't like off the field whether they are good for the team or not, where do the Titans go from here?
First year quarterback coach Dowell Loggains will more than likely call the plays, as Fisher will keep an eye on him. Rookie quarterback Rusty Smith will be starting and may actually be able to help the Titans win. He is new to the league and that could hurt him, but he played in a pro-style offense at FAU and did exceedingly well.
He had a passer rating in college over 120. That could be good news for a Titans team that has a lot of talent at the receiver position, but only if Fisher opens...
