Houston Texans at Washington Redskins: McNabb and Co. Underdogs at Home

The Houston Texans and the Washington Redskins are all set to battle this Sunday in a Week 2 non-conference showdown. Both Houston and Washington enter Sunday’s contest off wins against teams thought to be Super Bowl contenders.

The Texans posted an impressive 10-point victory over the defending AFC champion Indianapolis Colts, and the Redskins held the defending NFC East champion Dallas Cowboys to just seven points in a solid win.
NFL odds makers were so impressed with Houston’s performance that they have listed the Texans as a 3-point road favorite with the total set at 43 this week.
Houston may have boasted the best passing attack in the NFL last season, but it was the running game that stole the show in Week 1. Led by Arian Foster’s 231 yards and three touchdowns, the Texans rolled up 257 rushing yards on the Colts.
