Quarterback Controversy in Miami: Should Chad Henne Be Benched for Pennington?

I'm no QB and have never played football competitively, but as a spectator on the sidelines I've noticed a certain something in quarterbacks countless times.
Some QB's have it, this presence on the field imbued with natural leadership. It spreads throughout the team, resonating positive energy, motivation, and confidence.
Some QB's don't.
Chad Henne doesn't have it, and it shows. His lack of confidence in himself is visible in his body language.
Conversely, Peyton Manning of the Indianapolis Colts is a prime example of one who possesses this positive energy. He has this drive to him, a desire to win and succeed, which shows in his actions, his expressions, and his body language.
It makes his teammates work harder and strive to succeed because they believe in him.  They believe Manning can do it.
