NFL Fantasy Football Week 6: Start ‘Em, Sit ‘Em Advice

Alex Smith (San Francisco 49ers) vs. Oakland
Despite apparently being threatened with a benching last week, Smith ended up going 25-for-39 for 309 yards with three touchdowns, two interceptions and a lost fumble against the Philadelphia Eagles.
49ers head coach Mike Singletary has said the team will not change quarterbacks heading into Week 6 against the Oakland Raiders, which is obviously good news for Smith’s fantasy prospects.
Oakland have allowed two passing touchdowns in all five games this season and allowed 431 passing yards to the most talented quarterback they have faced this season, Philip Rivers of the San Diego Chargers, in Week 5. 
Smith may not top 300 yards again this week and could be on a short leash if he struggles, but he is worth a shot as a QB2 if you can start two signal callers.
 
Brandon Jackson (Green Bay Packers) vs. Miami
Jackson had a season-high 115 yards on 10 carries along with five receptions...
