NFL Odds Week 15: Cleveland Browns at Cincinnati Bengals

The Cincinnati Bengals 10-game losing streak started Oct. 3 with a 23-20 loss at Cleveland. That was just the Browns' third win in the last 12 meetings.
Despite Cincinnati’s struggles, NFL odds makers expect its lengthy losing streak to come to an end Sunday. They have listed the Bengals as 1.5-point favorites with the total set at 39.5.
The 2010 Bengals have matched the 1993 team for the longest single-season losing streak in franchise history. This skid has been especially frustrating for outspoken wide receiver Terrell Owens.
“I think there’s underachieving from the top down,” Owens said. “You start with the owner, you start with the coaches. And obviously we as players, we are a product of what the coaches are coaching us throughout the course of the week."
