NFL Week 17 New York Giants vs. Washington Redskins: Who Wins?

The New York Giants have been in a late-season funk and now are in danger of missing the playoffs. The defense has been the problem during that funk, allowing 38 points in their choke against the Philadelphia Eagles and 45 points against the Green Bay Packers. Both Justin Tuck and Osi Umenyiora of the Giants are listed as questionable, but they will likely be ready to play regardless.
The Washington Redskins would like to end the season playing the role of spoilers and also avoid double-digit losses for the season. Rex Grossman will get his third and final chance to show the Shanahans that he is the quarterback of the future and not the quarterback everyone remembers from Chicago. In the last two games Rex has played, he has completed more than half of his passes for 504 yards, five touchdowns and only three interceptions. But of course, the stats are for the fans and the media—the coaches see more than just the stats.
