NFL Labor Collapse: NFLPA Decertifies, Stupidity Finally Wins

They couldn't possibly be that stupid.
That was the voice of reason inside each and every one of our heads. As the cost of an NFL game is prohibitive for many families to attend, as people are forced to deal with rising gas costs that can greatly impact their budget, the owners and players are saying they can't divide $9 billion.
I guess they really can be that stupid.
The owners and players union are ready to take their fight to the courts, as the NFLPA went through with their decertification threat. Each one is ready to take their ball and go home and let someone else decide who's right and who's wrong.
The sad part is, they're both wrong.
They are both taking major risks thinking possibly losing games will not do serious damage to fan interest and future funds.
In the last 15 years, each of the other three major sports have had work stoppage. All three felt major impacts that has taken years to return the game to its former status.
