There's definitely no Andrew Luck or Robert Griffin III set to enter the 2013 NFL draft, and there's certainly no superstar quarterbacks on the free agent market this offseason either.
What does all that mean? 
Teams in need of a starting quarterback or an upgrade at the position will likely have to settle for some less-than-stellar signal-callers this spring, whether they opt to acquire them through the draft or free agency.

The Chicago Bears would like to bring Jason Campbell back for another season in the Windy City according to Chicago Sun-Times' Sean Jensen:
