Norv Turner: San Diego Chargers’ Middle Man

There is so much debate going on in San Diego right now.
Chargers fans are split on their opinion of general manager A.J. Smith as well as players. And then, in the middle of the off-season battles, there is Norv Turner.
It seems that Turner spends more time in press conferences than President Obama. He is the ultimate defuser. For anybody who questions his coaching ability, nobody can question his PR skills.
Turner always expresses deep concern and regret for any player departing, and praise for any new player the Chargers acquire. 
Imagine being a chef, and being expected to prepare an award-winning meal for over a million people. You are competing against 31 other chefs, and if you don't win top prize, you will be viewed as a failure. But here's the catch: Every time you turn around, your ingredients are switched.
