Chicago Bears State of The Union: Coaching Staff, Cutler, and More

The 2010 Chicago Bears: they were who we thought they were  They were an incomplete team that wasn't supposed to win 11 games, the NFC North, and host the NFC title game. But they did. And they did it without playing the type of consistent football that is typically required to achieve such feats. 
Achieving that type of consistency takes time, and during a period when sports fans call for the coach's head after a bad quarter of play (or the franchise QB's after an injury knocked him out of the game), the entire Chicago Bears organization will be best served to stay the course in 2011.
 
Coaching Staff
The Bears have a coaching staff full of NFL head coaches, and in a league where head coaching carousels spin at warped speed that's like sitting on a gold mine.
