Vincent Jackson Holdout: Five Reasons the WR Won’t Play Anywhere

The San Diego Chargers still remain without wide receiver Vincent Jackson, not to mention offensive tackle Marcus McNeill, as both players continue to hold out and refuse to sign their one year tenders.
As for Jackson, he's already said that he's willing to sit out the entire 2010 NFL season if he and the Chargers can not work out a long term deal, which looks unlikely at this point.
Is this just an idle threat or is Jackson really ready to forfeit more than $3 million just to prove a point?
So far, the Chargers have only allowed him and his agent to speak with the Seattle Seahawks despite Jackson's agent telling the media that they've had more than a dozen teams interested in his client. While most think the wide receiver will cave at some point, I'm not so sure.
