NFL Week 9 Predictions: Cleveland Browns Will Upset New England Patriots

November 7, 2010   ·     ·   Jump to comments

As Cleveland prepares for its game against the New England Patriots, media experts and various pundits have all but put this game into the "W" column for New England.
The "experts" said the same thing about the New Orleans game, and we all know how that turned out right?
Over the last three years, Cleveland has defeated the last three defending Super Bowl Champions: New York Giants in 2008 on Monday Night Football, Pittsburgh in 2009 in a memorable eight-sack clinic on Ben Roethlisberger and most recently the David Bowens-led four interception clinic courtesy of Drew Brees.
So the Cleveland Browns have a Notre Dame-like flair for pulling upsets recently, and I can see another upset coming today.
While Cleveland is a 4.5 point underdog at home to 6-1 New England, don't sleep on the Browns, who look primed for another NFL shocker.
