Josh McDaniels Fired In Denver: What Happens to the Broncos Now?

The Denver Broncos have recently announced they have fired second year coach Josh McDaniels.
The Broncos have promoted running backs coach Eric Studesville to be their interim head coach.
Denver becomes the third team to change head coaches this year after Dallas and Minnesota. Both of the previous teams have had success since firing their old leaders with a combined record of 5-1 since firing their old coaches.
The Broncos are at 3-9 this season with a huge loss to Oakland and a huge win against Kansas City.
One of the problems biggest problems is consistency at the quarterback position as Kyle Orton has throw away a couple of games on potential game winning drives.
Now that there is a new head coach the team could possibly take a new turn with youngsters Brady Quinn and Tim Tebow on the roster to see if either has what it takes to lead the team next year.
Don't automatically expect a quarterback change right away, but if Orton can't do something this wee...
