2011 NFL Mock Draft: Titanic Dilemma Ends with Selection of Quinn

Let me start by saying I think that if the draft progresses as I have predicted to this point I feel that the Titans will probably try to trade out of this spot. I haven't talked about trades yet because projecting a swap between teams is an exercise in futility. But the reality is that there will probably be trades in the first round.
Assuming Tennessee stays at pick eight, many would assume that the team would try to fill its primary need of a starting quarterback. The problem is that Cameron Newton possesses too many of the same characteristics that the quarterback the Titans are about to ditch, Vince Young, also possesses.
The stigma of having an athletic quarterback, who views himself as an icon, and might not possess enough maturity at this point may be too fresh in the minds of the Tennessee organization.
So, instead I have the Titans selecting a model citizen in North Carolina's Robert Quinn. Ok, so he isn't a model citizen having being suspended all of last seas...
