The NFL doesn't have serious rumblings in the trade department every year.
Three notable players, in particular—Vernon Davis, Roddy White and Matt Forte—have been in trade discussions for weeks, but nothing has come from it as of yet.
That could change, however, with the Nov. 3 trade deadline only a week away.

Davis' future with 49ers "unclear" The former Pro Bowl tight end's decline has continued into this year, as Davis has been nonexistent in the San Francisco 49ers' stagnant offense.
Davis has caught only 12 passes for 170 yards this year but is coming off a four-catch, 61-yard performance last Thursday against the Seattle Seahawks. With the 49ers looking more and more likely to enter rebuilding mode, Davis could be the top name the team looks to move at the right price.
