Michael Vick’s Latest Saga Proves He’s a Lucky Guy

Thank the world, Michael Vick. You're a lucky guy. While this article may prove to be very opinionated, I'll try to prove my point. In 2007, as one of the most highly profiled athletes, Michael found himself as the most talked about athlete, for all the wrong reasons.
In arguably the biggest NFL scandal since Ray Lewis and O.J. Simpson, Vick, star athlete and quarterback for the Atlanta Falcons, was indicted on dogfighting charges. He was sentenced to 23 months in a federal prison. While Vick had other run-ins with the law, this one was by far the most horrifying, despicable, and gruesome acts done by a human who was praised so high.
Vick came into the league out of Virginia Tech with superb athleticism. He was one of the first quarterbacks to be a better runner than passer. Dude had skills. Vick led Atlanta from 2001 to 2006. He made the playoffs twice during that span ('02 and '04).
