Houston Texans Sign Fourth Round Draft Pick Garrett Graham

The Houston Chronicle is reporting that the Houston Texans have signed fourth-round pick, tight end from Wisconsin Garrett Graham on July 28th.
This will be Graham's second time to play behind Pro Bowl tight end Owen Daniels; he was Daniels’ back up during Grahams first year in college.
The Texans are a tight end heavy team, and Graham is number four on the depth chart not only behind Daniels, but Joel Dreessen and James Casey as well. Nevertheless, Graham is a solid draft choice for a team that runs as many double tight end sets as the Texans do on Sunday mornings.
According to the Chronicle, Graham signed a four year $2.59 million deal including about an $800,000 signing bonus.
Graham was select first team All Big-Ten for two consecutive years in a row during his 2008 and 2009 college seasons. While engaged in his college career, Graham had 121 receptions with 16 touchdowns and over 1400 yards.
