New Cleveland Browns President Mike Holmgren has been busy the past several days at the 2010 NFL Scouting Combine in Indianapolis.
The man has a presence about him—and he really knows how to work a room filled with members of the media.
Without giving away too much information, Holmgren has touched on many different topics regarding the Browns and other tidbits that should be of interest to readers in the Bleacher Report Browns community.
 
 
Holmgren on Josh Cribbs
 
He said both sides are communicating and making progress on negotiations to get Cribbs signed to a deal that pays him what he is worth.
There are rumors circulating that the new contract will be a three-year deal that will void out his current contract—which has three years left on it—and the guaranteed money will be between $5 million and $10 million.
Cribbs wants $10 million; the Browns reportedly offered him $5 million.
