2010 NFL Draft: Deon Grant Cut—Are Berry or Mays Seattle’s Targets Now?

With the Seattle Seahawks cutting safety Deon Grant there is now a sign of things to come when April's draft day comes.
With two first round picks in the 2010 NFL Draft, there are many holes to fill in Seattle including: left tackle, future franchise quarterback, running back, and now safety, to name a few.
Does this mean the new head coach Pete Carroll is eyeing one of two safeties, including one of which he is very familiar with?
There is a higher percentage of this now.
Both Eric Berry and Taylor Mays have been seen in various mocks as one of the Seahawks' two draft picks.
Berry is a playmaker who is compared to Ed Reed and could very well be the next big Pro Bowl safety in the NFL, but Mays played with Carroll in USC last season and he can bring leadership and a knowledge of Carroll's schemes to the defensive unit as well.
Either player would be a good fit in Seattle, but which one will it be?
