2010 NFL Draft: Why the San Francisco 49ers Won’t Take CJ Spiller at No. 13

San Fransisco 49ers Needs
1. Right Tackle
With two picks in the draft the 49ers should use one of their picks to pick up a starting right tackle. 
Two players that might be available at pick No. 13 are Trent Williams and Anthony Davis. Trent Williams might already be gone by 13, but given Davis has recently mishandled himself at Rutgers pro day, he might slip to this pick.  If Okung, Bulaga, Davis, or Williams aren't available at this pick the 49ers should draft a tackle or pick one up in the second round.
 
2. Secondary 
Particularly safeties. Perhaps they could draft Taylor Mays because he's a freak of nature who has potential to be successful in the NFL. Maybe even Earl Thomas and a cornerback maybe even Joe Haden.

3. Quarterback
I don't think that it would harm them to grab a QB like Dan Lefevour or Colt McCoy and develop them because it is very true that Alex Smith has not turne...
