2010 NFL Mock Draft: Do the 49ers Now Want Taylor Mays Post-Ted Ginn Jr Trade?

The latest trade that sends former Miami Dolphin Ted Ginn Jr. to the San Francisco 49ers is not the end of the wheelin' and dealin' in the pre-2010 NFL Draft.
This trade may not have the impact of change as either the Donovan McNabb or Santonio Holmes trade had in the first round, but the Ginn addition does change many mocks that had Clemson running back C.J. Spiller going to the 49ers in the first.

No change here even with the renewed rumors that the Cleveland Browns want to trade up to get Bradford. In order for the Browns to do that, they would have to literally trade away their entire draft this year for just a quarterback. Mike Holmgren knows better with a team that is rebuilding and has many holes to fill first.
