2010 NFL Offseason: Chargers Eyeing Lynch?

We all know how LaDanian Tomlinson wants out of San Diego, and with his demand most likely to come true, the Chargers will be left with only one other proven running back, Darren Sproles. The little guy hasn’t proved to be a starter yet—only proving to be a good backup. And with only one year remaining on his contract, the Chargers have to be searching for a running back this offseason.
The NFL Draft seems to be the most logical place to fill your needs, except when your team needs are too much for the prospects in the Draft. The running back class isn’t star studded—or at least not yet. C.J. Spiller, the top running back, will be gone by the time the Chargers get a chance to take him, and the other backs (Jonathan Dwyer, Toby Gerhart, and Jahvid Best) may not be the right choices to start in their first year.
