2011 NFL Draft: Bill Belichick, Ted Thompson and the NFL’s Top Talent Evaluators

It's well known that drafting in the NFL is not a science. This time every year scouts, coaches and GM's lose sleep watching tape after tape of college athletes, analyzing everything from speed to body language. They do this because a good draft can dramatically change a team while a bad draft can doom a team for several years. 
Good drafts, and not free agent signings are what leads to success in the NFL. Just look at last season's Super Bowl between the Packers and Steelers. Of the 44 starting players, 37 were drafted by the team they represented in Super Bowl 45.
Sometimes a great talent evaluator is all it takes to help put a team on the path to the Super Bowl. The following evaluators are considered the best in the game.
