2011 NFL Draft: Is Jake Locker the Answer at QB for the Seattle Seahawks?

There has been an awful lot of talk about Jake Locker making his way to the home of the 12th man in Seattle in the 2011 NFL Draft.
In all the talk and hype about Locker, I have to ask and wonder, is it all because this guy is a University of Washington guy, or is he really talented enough for the Seahawks to go after instead of offensive linemen or any other QB?
Would Locker help sell tickets? You bet. But is Locker the right guy to go after as far as talent is concerned for the Seahawks?
With the Seahawks looking for a quarterback, the Rams are the only team in the NFC West that aren’t looking to get a quality quarterback for their future.
Arizona and S.F. both pick before the Seahawks.
Arizona is said to be looking hard at Locker. Ken Whisenhunt has been credited for making Ben Roethlisberger who he is today. Is Roethlisberger a better QB because of the the former Steelers coach?
