2011 NFL Draft Preview: Should the Carolina Panthers, Buffalo Bills Target QBs?

In the 2011 NFL Draft, there are currently four quarterbacks who are considered first round caliber prospects including Andrew Luck, Ryan Mallett, Cam Newton, and Jake Locker.
The Carolina Panthers currently own the first overall pick in the draft while the Buffalo Bills have the fifth.  Each team will have the opportunity to select one of the four signal callers.  The question is: should the teams pull the trigger?
If a player who a team believes is a franchise quarterback falls into its lap on draft day it must take him, if that team doesn't already have one of course.  The Panthers and Bills must ask themselves if they truly believe they can win a Super Bowl with a quarterback they have on their roster right now.
The Bills go into the draft with one goal: select a quarterback in the first round.  There is no doubt about it.  Ryan Fitzpatrick will never lead a team to a Super Bowl.
