Minnesota Vikings Should Grab Top Offensive Lineman Available

The Minnesota Vikings are a much bigger trainwreck of a team than it may seem at first glance. They have stars in some positions, including Adrian Peterson, Percy Harvin, Jared Allen and others. However, they are struggling on so many fronts that they need a big-time playmaker.
What they need more than anything is a new franchise quarterback, but unfortunately there are no QBs worthy of going with the 12th overall pick. Sure, the Vikings could reach for one, but they're better off not doing that. What could be a better pickup for them?
The best thing to do may be to trade down to acquire more picks, but if that's not the route they want to go then they will need to select the best offensive tackle available, which will ideally be Tyron Smith.
