Aaron Rodgers: Green Bay Quarterback Insists He Didn't Suffer Concussion: Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers got rocked by the Chicago Bears' Julius Peppers in the NFC Championship game last Sunday.
Peppers met Rodgers helmet to helmet, decleated the quarterback and slammed him to the ground in a vicious hit. Rodgers took a moment with his hands and knees on the ground to compose himself and then got up, blood on his lips.
In comments released by the Packers Rodgers said, "I didn’t have a concussion. I want to dispel that rumor.  No concussion.  I was fine.  Yeah.  Helmets are designed to prevent concussions, I think.”
Well, Aaron, they didn't twice before for you this season.
Rumors are that Rodgers is hiding a concussion. If he had been concussed, he would need to be cleared to practice by team doctors. If he had been. He wasn't. He took a huge hit but he didn't suffer a concussion on that play. He gets back up, doesn't wobble or ...
